Running is one of my true joys in life. It’s how I stay fit, it allows me to blow off steam, and I have a really great time doing it. It’s also been a lifesaver for me in terms of my mental health, having given me a release when I’ve needed it the most. I can always rely on it to clear my head and allow me to take a step away from the anxieties of life, even if just for an hour. Over the last year I’ve really stepped up the distances I run too. I now get out for two or three 10k runs a week, at least one half-marathon a month, and I even ran my own marathon around Richmond Park back in September. I know, I’m crazy (about running)!
